This one starts early! Breakfast provided by District 3; for lunch, they will provide burgers and dogs. Bring a side dish for the potluck. There will also be two meetings! Here's a map to the park. (on this map, it's called the "Daniel Fernandez Youth Center", which is at the park).
The upcoming September assembly is our election assembly. Please join us as we elect our trusted servants for the next rotation. Please check the Upcoming Assembly Page for details as they become available. This Assembly is hosted by District 4.
At the fall (September) meeting of each odd-numbered year, the Area Assembly has customarily held elections for Area Delegate, Alternate Area Delegate, Area Chairperson, Alternate Area Chairperson, Area Secretary, Area Registrar, and Area Treasurer. The terms of Service are for two (2) years, beginning January 1st of the following even-numbered year. Source: AIP

While the Fiesta has been planned as a hybrid event (accommodating both in-person and Zoom attendees), the organizers have had to pause in-person registration. If possible, there will be a limit of 300 in-person attendees, and each must have received COVID-19 vaccinations. Please watch for further updates.
