5. If the meeting is on-line or hybrid, PLEASE include the URL for the on-line portion of the meeting. The URL looks like this:

Including the Meeting ID and passcode is useful also.

Thanks for your patience while we get this issue sorted out.

December 11: New Steering Committee Members

As of the regularly-scheduled Intergroup meeting on December 11, 2022, the Central Office Steering Committee has some new members. The Steering Committee members are now:

Chair: Martin W. (re-elected to an two-year term, ending 2024)

Vice-Chair: Brian N. (elected to complete a two-year term, ending 2023)

Treasurer: Gary T. (elected to a two-year term, ending 2024)

Secretary: Stephanie P. (elected last year to a two-year term, ending 2023)

Schedule Editor: Janis M. (recently elected to complete a two-year term, ending 2023)

Website Editor: Steve K. (re-elected last year to a two-year term, ending 2023)

Media Librarian: Malcolm M. (newly elected to a two-year term, ending 2024)

Newsletter Editor: Michael F. (elected to a two-year term, ending 2024)

Elections are staggered, which means that half the offices are voted on during even years, and the other half are voted on during odd years. This explains why some of these positions are for a single year. The term ends at the end of the stated calendar year. Terms last two years, though occasionally resignations require a special election to fill the remainder of the term.

There are three vacant positions: The Accessibilities Chair, the Intergroup Liaison, and the Community Outreach Chair. Anyone in the Fellowship with at least two years continuous sobriety, and some familiarity with Central Office or Intergroup, is welcome to express interest in joining the Central Office Steering Committee. Email any member of Steering Committee if you are interested.
