Albuquerque Alcoholics Anonymous

Thank You for Your Support! Central Office Finances have Recovered.

The volunteers and staff at Albuquerque Central Office are heartened by your consistently generous financial support of our AA Fellowship!

The Covid pandemic made the financial position of Central Office very precarious in 2020, mostly because of lost sales of A.A. literature and other merchandise. We became entirely dependent on contributions from groups and individuals. And the groups and individuals really stepped up! Throughout 2020 and 2021, our financial situation improved. Over the past 12 months, our cash position has improved by nearly 70%! That’s huge!

Thank you all for sustaining us through this period of challenge. We are no longer desperate. Please do keep Central Office in mind as you apportion your AA contributions. You may give directly via Paypal at the “Support Us” page.

Our spiritual way of life is safe for future generations if, as a Society, we resist the temptation to receive money from the outside world. But this leaves us with a responsibility – one that every member ought to understand. We cannot skimp when the treasurer of our group passes the hat. Our groups, our areas, and AA as a whole will not function unless our services are sufficient and their bills are paid.
